When can I expect to receive my delivery?

Super-fast! We aim to have next day delivery for nearly all metropolitan locations within Australia, except WA and NT, which may take 2-3 days. Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, depending on where you live, if you place your order before 1pm AEDT Monday to Friday, we will dispatch via our service provider StarTrack that same day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please note, bulky items such as brooms, wall breakers and weapons may also take an extra day or two for delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends?

If you place your order on Friday after 1pm or on the weekend, your parcel will be picked and packed on Monday morning. It is also important to note, that we do no operate or deliver on national or Victorian public holidays.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is just $9.95 but if you spend $69 or more in one transaction, we offer FREE shipping, anywhere in Australia.

Do you ship overseas?

No, unfortunately we only operate within Australia.

Can I track my delivery?

You sure can. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, containing the order number and tracking details. Tracking is available through StarTrack’s website.

Can I change the delivery address or re-direct after postage?

Good question but unfortunately not. Please take care in ensuring you have entered the correct ‘actual’ address, not a PO Box and that any delivery instructions are included at the check-out.

Can I collect my order personally?

Sorry but we do not have this facility for general safety and systems control. But rest assured we will do our best to get your order out and ready for you to have FUN in – as soon as possible.
