When can I expect to receive my delivery?
Super-fast! We aim to have next day delivery for nearly all metropolitan locations within Australia, except WA and NT, which may take 2-3 days. Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, depending on where you live, if you place your order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, we will dispatch via our service provider StarTrack that same day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please note, large orders (5 items or more), fragile items (such as NECA collectibles) and bulky items (such as brooms, wall breakers and weapons) may also take an extra day or two for dispatch and delivery.
Please note: 1pm same day dispatch excludes August and October.
Do you operate on weekends?
If you place your order on Friday after 1pm or on the weekend, your parcel will be picked and packed on Monday morning. It is also important to note, that we do no operate or deliver on national or Victorian public holidays.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries are made by Startrack Express, who deliver from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (excluding Public Holidays). In some instances (e.g. around Christmas) they may deliver outside of these hours, including on weekends. Unfortunately, we have no control over their schedule.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is just $9.95 but if you spend $99 or more in one transaction, we offer FREE shipping, anywhere in Australia. Large and bulky NECA items and boxed Collector's Edition costumes may incur extra freight charges. These are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
Do you ship overseas?
No, unfortunately we only operate within Australia.
Can I track my delivery?
You sure can. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, containing the order number and tracking details. Tracking is available through StarTrack’s website in the link below:

Can I change the delivery address or re-direct after postage?
Good question but unfortunately not. Please take care in ensuring you have entered the correct ‘actual’ address, not a PO Box and that any delivery instructions are included at the check-out.
Can I collect my order personally?
Sorry but we do not have this facility for general safety and systems control. But rest assured we will do our best to get your order out and ready for you to have FUN in – as soon as possible.
