I need the item in a hurry, how fast can you ship the order to me ?
All products are sent by StarTrack from our warehouse facility located in Melbourne.Note: If your item is bulky and won't fit in a satchel (ie: costumes with masks, brooms etc), it will be sent via StarTrack's Road Express Service and will not be sent overnight with our guaranteed delivery for next day. If you are unsure if your item will not get to you in time, please email our customer service team.
Can I pickup my order?Unfortunately, pickups are not available.
Do you offer same day dispatch
Yes, we do offer same day dispatch if the order is placed by 2pm. We will send your order as fast as possible.
Can you post my order today?
All orders placed before 2pm Melbourne time between Monday – Friday will be posted on the next business day especially during October. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend will be posted Monday morning.
I need the item for the weekend can you deliver in time?
Yes, we can deliver to you before the weekend depending on your delivery postcode and the day your order is placed:
If your delivery postcode is within the Express area specified by StarTrack, your order must be placed by Thursday 2pm Melbourne time for delivery on Friday. This commonly applies to all capital cities and metro suburban delivery areas in all states except WA and NT. If you are not available to receive your order, your delivery will be carded at your local post office.
If your delivery postcode is outside the Express area specified by Australia Post, your order must be placed by Tuesday 2pm Melbourne time for delivery on Thursday or Friday. This commonly applies to all country and remote suburban areas in all states, WA and NT.
My item did not arrive in time for the intended event, can I return it for an exchange or refund?
Yes, but you will be liable to pay for the return postage. All items are to be returned unworn and in the original packaging to receive a full refund.
What postage services are available?
We use StarTrack Express. No other services are available.
Can I track my parcel?
Tracking is available through the StarTrack's website. We will provide the tracking number via email and on our website.
My item has been posted, can I change my delivery address or redirect the parcel?
Sorry this is not possible. Once an online order has been placed, it cannot be redirected to a different delivery address once the item has been posted. You must ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address during the checkout process.
