Who is Costume Super Centre?
Based in Melbourne, Costume Super Centre is an Australian run business, established in 2016 and operated by a friendly Team who have a great sense of fun and imagination! In this time our business has quickly grown to become one of Australia’s Largest Online Costume Retailers.
Are your costumes legit?
Yes! Our licensed costumes are 100% Authentic and Official. We also work closely with several suppliers to ensure our non-licensed costumes are of the highest quality.
Do you hire or sell costumes?
We get asked this question a lot! We only sell costumes, for two reasons:
1) We believe that owning a brand-new costume is better than hiring :)
2) We have access to great suppliers, which means you can buy costumes at super competitive and affordable prices, and you don’t have to hand them back!
Do you have a shop I can visit? Do you allow pick-ups?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store for you to try on costumes or click to collect, but we do have a great returns policy if you’re not totally happy.
Can I pay extra to have Express Shipping?
All our orders are sent on an Express service so there's no need to pay extra! If your order is placed before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday in most metropolitan areas, your parcel will arrive the following day as we use the fastest service possible. However, we do not have an express post facility with 100% guaranteed next day delivery. At Costume Super Centre, we are proud of our super-fast turn-around times for your order – please read on... :)
When will I receive my order?
Super-fast! We aim to have next day delivery for nearly all metropolitan locations within Australia, except WA and NT, which may take 2-3 days. Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, depending on where you live, if you place your order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, we will dispatch via our service provider StarTrack that same day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please note, bulky items such as brooms, wall breakers and weapons may also take an extra day or two for delivery.
Do you ship to New Zealand?
We don’t currently ship to NZ, but our good friends at Costume World carry the same range, with similar prices and shipping costs, 30-Day return policy and so forth. Please visit their website at www.costumeworld.co.nz and they’ll be able to assist you will all your costume needs.
Do you have Laybuy or Afterpay?
We're working on it :) Watch this space.
I'm not sure which size I am?
That’s OK. Our costumes come from various suppliers, so each costume can fit differently. You’ll see an image of a size chart corresponding to each costume, available in the product description section or the image gallery.
Can I get a refund if my costume is not suitable?
As long as your costume meets the requirements of our Returns Policy, then 100% YES! We offer 30 Day Returns & Exchanges. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get things started. We'll be in touch within one working day.
Can I exchange my costume for a larger or smaller size?
We do not offer an exchange service – however we are happy to assist you in getting your correct size. Simply place another online order in the size you require, then email us at email@example.com to let us know you’d like to return your original item. We will then process a refund for your original item/s once it’s been returned to us and meets the returns criteria.
